On December 3rd and 4th, 2005 at the American Police Hall of Fame in Titusville, Florida, OPS held The Snubby Summit, a Conference on the tactical and self defense use of the short-barrelled revolver, This highly successful event was attended by people from across the United States and overseas. Presenters included Massad Ayoob (Lethal Force Institute), Jim Cirillo (NYPD retired), Tom Givens (Rangemaster), Ed Lovette (Author, The Snubby Handbook), “Southnarc” (Shivworks), Michael DeBethencourt (Northwest Tactical Schools), Clyde Caceres (Crimson Trace), Claude Werner (Rogers Shooting School), and the OPS Staff. Reviews were unanimously favorable, and the Snubby Summit marks the first of what will be annual conferences on a variety of topics.

In 2006 we will be addressing the Glock pistol. The OPS Glock Summit will be held at the American Police Hall of fame on October 14th and 15th, 2006. We have already begun booking presenters, and this event will be more extensive than the last. Seminar fee will be $335, which will include 2 catered lunches and one catered dinner. Due to range space, ATTENDENCE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 72 PEOPLE TO REGISTER. We will post additional information on this page as it becomes available.
